The dissertation called The Life and Work of Professor Otto Rutrle deals with the fate and work of a practical theologian from the second generation of The Czechoslovak Church (Hussite). Introductory chapter is dedicated to Karel Farský, the first patriarch of The Czechoslovak Church (Hussite). It also describes the circumstances of the birth of The Czechoslovak Church (Hussite) and its first years of existence. The second chapter follows Gustav Adolf Procházka, the second patriarch of The Czechoslovak Church (Hussite). The chapter also deals with a fight of The Czechoslovak Church (Hussite) to obtain its own university. The education of theology students is the topic for the third chapter. It describes the education of theology students from the foundation of the church to the year 1990. The main part of the dissertation deals with the life and work of Professor Otto Rutrle, his activity in the church and also on theology faculties. His work on a practical theology is divided to subchapters accordingly to respective subjects.
Analysis of the sermons of ThDr. Karel Farský with ecclesial, sacramental and ethical motives

This master thesis researches the homiletic activities of ThDr. Karel Farský, the founder of the Czechoslovak Hussite Church. It subjects a total of 17 sermons by Karel Farský to qualitative analysis, focusing on ecclesial, sacramental and ethical motifs. The first part first puts ThDr. Karel Farský in a historical and ecclesiastical context, the second part deals with his fundamental preaching motives and then presents a qualitative analysis of his preaching activites. As part of the summary of these analyses based on the topic, I summarize the main features of the preaching activities of ThDr. Karel Farský.

The aim of this bachelor thesis will be about priest?s personality, modernists and writer Charles Farský (Karel Farský), the first patriarch of the Czechoslovak Church. The object of this thesis will be analysis of ideas of Karel Farský, his spiritual transformation, reproof of the Catholic Church and changing his religious opinions in time the first Czechoslovak Republic. In this work we will also concentrate on the development Czechoslovak Church and its gradual moving away from the Catholic Church. This work describes the life of Karel Farský and his theology. It concentrates on the analysis of individual works and shows some ideas and opinions of the first patriarch of the Czechoslovak Church. It shows how his reproof about church, its practices, God, ceremonies and other religious subjects, evolved over time. It focuses also on the Czechoslovak Church. In the first instance on its development and circumstances that led to its creation. It describes its beginnings, suffering and last but not least its development as well.
